Any good tips for fast weight loss?

Heyy im 15 and im quite fat
I relly wanna lose weight ave any of u guys got any good tips that can help me lose weight quicker cuz my plan isnt workin

    Well first off eat well. You don’t have to go on a stupid diet just stay healthy! Don’t drink soda or anything.
    Then do lots of cardio because that is was burns the fat and burns it faster. Plus if you do it in the morning your metabolism will work better throughout the day.
    Then do lots of strength training the more muscle you have the more calories you burn just being alive. I thinks its called you resting metabolic rate. I would recommend working out 5 days a week. at least for 30 mins. and just stick with it because the more you do it the more you’ll love it and feel better about everything. It’ll make you happy and have tons of energy. :)

    I ate cereal everyday.
    I eat about one big meal a week.
    And I do some fitness like
    running, push ups,curls,sit ups,crunches, things like that.
    im 150 im trying to get down to 145 140.
    I lost about 10 pounds in a matter of a few weeks i guess.

    replace meals with protein shakes and run a lot :) that works for me,try it for a week . My favorite shake is Bill Phillips Right Nutrition Light Shake – read reviews on amazon.

    I eat at least three low calorie meals a day or a Slim Fast for breakfast and then a Lean Cuisine type meal for lunch and dinner. I keep the snacking to the bare minimum and only drink milk and water. Lots of cardio. Lost 15lbs so far and have 10 more to go.
