Anybody have any tips for quick weight loss?

I have already lost 25lbs in the last 45 days. I have totally cut out the junk food, fast food and pop. I have been drinking tons of water and watching my calorie intake. Along with daily exercise. I would like to lose another 5lbs in the next month because my husband is coming home for R&R. I was at 190 and now I am at 165. If anybody has any advice please help.

    I don’t know if you already do this but the best time to exercise is the morning before you eat anything. That way you burn stored fat rather than energy you already consumed for the day. Don’t stress about that extra 5lbs. Do spray tan get a manicure/pedicure, buy a new outfit, get your hair done….He will think your more sexy the more confident you are:)

    First off, nice work. Second all, keep doing what you are doing but don’t overdo it. Most of that 5 lbs will probaby come off in terms of water weight.

    I think you are doing everything you can. Don’t overdo it or you’ll get sick and you won’t be able to enjoy your husband’s time at home.

    I didnt eat any meat in my diet for a good month and lost some weight. It made me feel better and made me have more engery. I suggest not eating meals but healthy snacks throughout the day, it helps greatly for energy and metabolism, even if you do eat meat.

    yes i do. in fact people looses 5-15 pounds in 2 hours by doing my special tip

    run 20 laps in 43 minutes. dont stop running if tired then jog

    after that, play basketball fullcourt 1-1 vs a friend for 1 and a half hour

    and youll be slim in no time

    GOOD JOB………wow u go girly……ok since ur doing all the good things,do lots of cardo, my sis did it & lost bout 5 lbs in a week…..get on that bike thats what she did…………….good luck

    do what you’re already doing, you seem to be doing great. A few additional tips that might help- every night for dinner, eat some papaya or cantaloupe. Follow up with a glass of warm water. Don’t eat anything else for dinner. Eat a high fibre diet through the day and drinks lots of water. Excercising for atleast 45 minutes on an empty stomach definitely helps. And, hey, there’s some cereal called ‘Post- grape nut flakes’ which helps you lose weight., if eaten with fat free milk for breakfast everyday.
