How to lose belly fat fast?
Ok , so I like the size of my body except my belly .I say it huge (the with is 11"). This summer i just want a flat bell.So i ride my bike (at high speed) for 1 hour each day and i drink about 3 liters of water everyday, and my diet is ok. So i’m asking what are some good belly fat burning exercises and tips.

your diet can’t just be okay. it has to be very strict!! I know I’m just another manorexic man trying to preach about diet, but it is actually more important than the workout. I do zumba, I ballroom dance, I also do ballet and I love it. I also run. I also do some free weights on mon.,wed.,fri. I am pretty thin, have a fairly nice abs, and my arms have good definition, and are pretty big, I still have some way to go but I have gotten results in only a month. The best cardio workout is dancing, or jump roping for 1 minute, and then walking for five at high speed, and then jump roping again for another 1 minute set. Do this till your stopwatch gets to 45 minutes, also do the calorie shifting diet it is amazing, and free.
