    @cheerleading4lifex3 that depends on how many other foods you are eating and how much. If you simply add these foods, you will gain weight. you have to cut out OTHER foods. especially carbohydrates with a high glycemic index. Eat LOW GI carbs and protiens with the rest of the foods recommended in the video.
