I gotta lose fat fast what should I do?

I am 12 years old obviously do not suggest plastic surgery or diet pills but i wanna get in shape b4 school starts I have been working out Oh yeah andd if u can tell me what takes the least time that would b a plus!

    Sweetie there is nothing that works fast. You just have to eat right and exercise. If it were that easy everybody would be taking/doing it.

    take morning runs, when i was ur age i was chunky but now im 15 and im fit from running and lifting weights, but it takes time

    i just drink hot tea 3 times a day before each meal it cuts down your appitite but it leaves your system quickly if you dont know what type of tea to buy i reca mend beaner with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 3 teaspoons of milk

    Your doing fine……keep exercising everyday and eating right. Nothing happens overnight; and there no healthy way of losing weight either. Your body still has a lot of changing to do…be 12 and enjoy it!!!

    You are 12.. do not diet.. just get more exercise, and stay away from the twinkies..
