    Tastes pretty damn good from what I recall. However, I wouldn’t say that it has any particular benefits. However, it may better for you than granulated white sugar, but , then again most things are.

    Indeed- I wouldn’t do more than 3 times. I would do it twice with extreme vigor and take it easy on your third workout if you are doing three times per week. If doing it twice only, certainly you have license to hit em a tad harder.

    Good point- I was speaking to a nutritionist friend. We had a casual conversation about Tofu. Yes, that;s what Victor Costa speaks to friends about, “Tofu”. She was telling me that there should be a fermenting process and many tofu suppliers actually sell the tofu before it is aged properly for sale. Now, remember I am picking up information like an antenna so I hear things that are a bit on the periphery. It can’t hurt to check this out, because I have heard so many good things.

    I KEEP LEAVING OUT FISH- YOU ARE SO RIGHT- FISH IS EXCELLENT. LOW FAT MEATS ARE BEST- BUT REMEMBER IT’S ABOUT PREPARATION. YOU CAN HAVE A LOW FAT MEAT AND TURN IT INTO A HIGH FAT MEAL AND VICE VERSA. IT IS ABOUT PREPARATION AS WELL AS CONTENT. EVERYTHING IN MODERATION- BUT HEALTHY . ALL MEATS HAVE BENEFITS. REMEMBER I WANT YOU TO DO THINGS MOSTLY RIGHT- SO IF HAVING SOMETHING OTHER THAN CHICKEN BREAKS UP THE MONOTONY- THEN BY ALL MEANS- ONE IN A WHILE A STEAK WILL DO YOU GOOD

    So the debate ensues about eating. I am delighted to put up any posts that stirs debate. It is good to have a different perspective from everyone. However, when it comes to eating. The debate as I see it is which is more important eating “right” or training. There is a great understanding between men and women that I believe we can all agree, “garbage in – garbage out”.     I advise two days on and 2 days off- max 4 days per week workout for me these days.
