How can a 15yo lose fat fast?
im 15 and im around 6’0" and 205 lbs. I want to go on a workout plan to burn fat and tone a little. I wanted to know if drinking a lot of water, running a mile or 2 a day and doing some push ups and crunches would work. Please help me out.

fast weight loss or ways to look slimmer?
I was supposed to be getting married in the middle of next year and had worked out a diet and workout plan to use to loose weight before then but now due to military order changes we have had to push it up to the first week in July! I have 16 days now to do whatever I can to look good in my dress (and pics!). Even if its just water weight I would love to shed a few before the big day. Any ideas would be great

How do I lose belly fat fast?
Hey, I’m a 16 year old guy and I’m starting school soon. I would never consider myself fat or overweight or anything but I have some fat on my stomach and chest and I hate it!! I always feel self concious about it and I also feel like its holding me back from doing the things I want like swimming. I have’nt swam all summer because of it. Whats the fastest way I can lose it and have a flatter stomach? A workout plan would help a lot!!

Fastest way to lose fat on thigh and belly?
I know there’s no such thing as losing fat fast and that I have to be patient and exercise etc.
But what exercises should I really focus on to lose thigh fat and belly fat? If you have a workout plan, I would appreciate it if you tell me..And how many weeks until I see results?

i already workout for an hour everyday, but i haven’t changed my diet so i haven’t seen results. what diet can i see quick results already with my workout plan? any diet secrets? im going grocery shopping tomorrow so what should i buy?
